Refund policy

As DA pieces are produced individually and in limited quantities, we kindly ask that purchases are made thoughtfully. For standard made-to-order pieces, return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs and any associated duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
